The item's stock rating on the product page in the catalog indicates the order processing time normally associated with the item when we process your order.

Normally Stocked The item is typically stocked in our warehouse. Review the Availability listed for the item to determine if the item is in stock. Add the item to your cart to review the actual quantity in stock. If the item is not in stock, the item details on the product page may indicate the next receipt date and quantity. Backorders are generally accepted for normally stocked items. When in stock, an order for the item will generally be processed in 1-2 business days, provided the quantity you ordered is in stock. If the quantity you order is not in stock, or availability is listed as out of stock on the product page, the item will be backordered and included in our next order to the manufacturer. When this fulfillment order is accepted, and we receive an estimated ship date from the manufacturer, we will email you and update your order with the lead time. Special Order The item is not stocked in our warehouse because it requires special handling, is made to order, or is infrequently ordered. Review the typical item lead time information in the item details on the product page so you know the approximate production and ship lead times. When you place an order for a special order item, we include the item in our next order to the manufacturer. When this fulfillment order is accepted, and we receive an estimated ship date from the manufacturer, we will email you and update your order with the lead time. Many special order items are made to order or have extended lead times if sourced out of the country. Since a special order item is not a stocked item, we generally cannot cancel an order for this type of item.
Discontinued The item has been discontinued by the manufacturer, or we have discontinued selling of the item. You can place an order for an item that has been discontinued only if stock is available. Add the item to your cart to review the actual quantity on hand. We cannot fulfill an order for the item where the order quantity exceeds the quantity in stock.
