The Extended 12 Month On-Site Warranty package includes:

• Labor, including travel expenses, for all hardware breakdowns which occur during the normal use of the equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of extended warranty purchase.
• A trained technical representative will respond on-site during normal working hours, Monday - Friday. The unit will be brought up to proper working condition, and a service form showing the job completion to be signed by the customer.
• 4 Scheduled Maintenance Visits per year to maintain the unit in proper working condition.
• Parts are included, unless a "consumable part" (belts, rubber rollers, etc.). These will be at the expense of the owner.

The Extended 12 Month On-Site Warranty package is available only on the following equipment at a cost of $3,500.00 per year:

Equipment breakdowns which occur due to use of the equipment outside of manufacturer specifications, or acts of God, will be subject to time and material billing.

The Extended 12 Month 'Bench Service' Warranty package includes:

• Labor only for all table top equipment breakdowns which occur during the normal use of the equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of extended warranty purchase.
• The unit will be returned to proper working condition by our trained technicains.
• Any parts required will be invoiced at a 15% discount from list.
• Product must be packaged and returned to JBI for repair. Freight to and from JBI is the responsibility of the customer.

Equipment breakdowns which occur due to use of the equipment outside of manufacturer specifications, or acts of God, will be subject to time and material billing.

The following equipment requires an INSTALLATION CHARGE, and includes:

• A technician will arrange a scheduled time of arrival with the customer. The technician will unpack the unit, set it up and will do a preliminary test of the unit. Once it is determined to be fully functional, the tech will offer a training session on the proper use of the unit with the operator(s).
• A maximum of two hours will be allowed for the entire installation process.
