How do I pay through paypal?

All you need to do is click the check out tab and directions will follow which will help you join paypal (for free) and allow you to pay using a credit card. Or you can use paypal as just a gateway and NOT join, that is an option.

I have multiple charges on my credit card even though my web order was declined, what is going on?

When you enter your credit card online and the transaction is declined, what actually happens is your card is billed. Then the address is checked to see if that is the credit cards billing address, if it is not then the transaction is instantly voided and you get a decline notice. But the banks still hold the funds for 1-3 business days and then they are automatically released. This is a measure used by banks to slow or stop fraud. If you are worried please wait 1-3 business days for the holds to end, if after that period of time the holds are not released call your bank to report the situation.

How long will it take for my purchase to get to me?

Processing will take up to one business day, the rest will depend on your shipment option, shipments come from out facility in CA unless not in stock. If items are not in stock they may be shipped from other locations. What should I do if there is something wrong with my product when I receive it?

Do not install or tamper with the product contact the shipping company if the product looks to be damaged due to shipping, other wise contact us directly (contact information can be found in the "contact us" section of our web page).

What should I do if I find better prices somewhere else on theweb?

Contact us via e-mail and send us a link to the place you found a better price, be specific in regards to which exact product you are refering to. We will look at your submission and then determine if it is all possible for us to meet or beat this price and return your e-mail promptly.

What should I do if I don't know exactly what I want or if I need help with my car?

Contact us by e-mail or phone and we will answer any questions you might have.

What should I do if JDM Monster doesn't the carry the product I want?

E-mail us with your request, we may even have the product just not on our online store. If we don't have it then we will make efforts to find the product for you.

How do I place an international order? Paypal won't work for me.

International orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes there are additional shipping charges, and delivery time is often doubled (Canada and Mexico being exceptions). To place your international order, please email us with the products you'd like to purchase and your address and we will work with you to get what you need within a reasonable amount of time.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

We do ship to APO addresses. Some items are too large to ship APO (Exhausts). Contact us for more information.
