Frequently Asked Questions about Kopec Naturals Pregnancy
Rash Relief
Our first and foremost
priority is for you to improve the quality of your skin & reduce and
eliminate your rash. Many of our customers purchasing our 4 oz Pregnancy Rash
Relief have had similar questions, so we hope this list of frequently asked
questions we improve your chances of doing so.
Some customers experience
significant changes as early as the first couple of days and some it takes
about a week. If you are experiencing any change in your skin, especially if
Pregnancy Rash Relief soothes some of the pain and itch within the first week-two
weeks then your skin is responding positively to Pregnancy Rash Relief and it
is only a question of staying the course. If you use other products in addition
to the Pregnancy Rash Relief, even certain soaps and moisturizers, then you
could be interfering in the effectiveness of the Pregnancy Rash Relief.
There are countless chemical
toxins in multiple skincare products, and it can be impossible to determine
which one might be contributing to your rash. I only know what Pregnancy Rash
Relief can do for your skin, but I cannot stand behind my product if you mix Pregnancy
Rash Relief with other topical remedies. Even certain soaps and moisturizers
may seem harmless, but the less you stress your skin, the largest organ on the
body, the faster you will experience results.
If you see the slightest
change in your skin within the first week to two weeks then Pregnancy Rash
Relief is working for you. If your skin is responding to the Pregnancy Rash
Relief then it is only a matter of time before the remedy begins to completely
clear your skin. Some sample customers are looking for completely clear skin in
the first few days, and that is not always a possibility. The longer you have
had your rash sometimes the longer it takes to undo the damage to the skin and
clean the skin of the toxins, and balance the skin pH.
We make a wonderful SLS free
(see question #5) body wash called SLS
Free Body Wash and we make a great stretch mark prevention oil called Smooth ‘n Stretch that is a great
moisturizer as well because it improves the actual function of the skin. Smooth
‘n Stretch is the only stretch mark prevention product I know that contains
a complete profile of skin nutrients and skin antioxidants to improve the
actual function of the skin. It is
difficult to know what is in other brands and their products, but since our
goal is not only to clear your skin, but to improve the skin as an organ, we
simplify the process by reducing the contaminants (such as SLS) that cause skin
conditions. Other brands to consider for a simple and gentle clean while your
rash is healing is Dr. Bonner’s castile soap and natural bar soaps that are
made from pure olive oil.
SLS stands for Sodium Lauryl
(or Laureth) Sulfate, or sometimes it is referred to as Sodium Laureth Sulfate.
SLS is the ingredient that causes your liquid soaps, shampoos and toothpastes
to foam. But SLS is quickly becoming a well know irritant and toxin. It can be
such an irritant with anyone suffering from skin conditions, that we strongly
recommend avoiding any and all products with SLS and any Lauryl Sulfate
ingredient. Since our goal is to help you clear your skin, we hope you will
consider removing at the very least the most common skin toxin, SLS, and we
know it is in everything. And we try to make this as easy as possible by
providing you with SLS Free products and recommending good brands of SLS Free
products.
Aubrey Organics is an
upstanding company and has recently added an SLS free line of shampoos and
conditioners.
Petroleum based products
including mineral oil can do more harm than good. These are chemical
carcinogens that coat the skin and keep the skin from functioning properly. In
a study by
A skin rash or skin condition
can be caused by a reaction to a topical product or to a food source that we
are unknowingly sensitive to or allergic to. Sometimes it is something that we
have eaten our whole lives and would never consider being sensitive to, but
pregnancy can bring about sensitivities that were not there before. Often the
skin is reflecting an increase in the acidic state of the body, and there is a
need to restore the acid/alkaline balance as well as treat the skin. Consider
reducing or avoiding foods that are more acidic than others such as red meat, cow’s
milk (keeping with cheeses and yogurts), white flour (switch to whole grains),
tomatoes, citrus fruit and sugar in all forms (including high fructose corn syrup)
and make sure you are getting proper nutrition, proper fluids and proper rest
while healing. Getting adequate water is important and is often overlooked.
Make sure you are drinking a minimum of half your body weight in ounces every
day to ensure adequate water intake.
Supplements to consider for
cellular and tissue renewal are Essential Fatty Acids such as a Flax oil
supplement, and making sure you are getting a good source of calcium and
magnesium. Calcium is not properly utilized by the body without adequate
magnesium.
