WatchUtopia.com Return/Exchange Policy

• All returns must include a completed Return Merchandise Form.

• All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

• Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date.

• Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Defective Merchandise Exchange Policy

• We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement.

• If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. 

Instructions

1. Read Return/Exchange Policy (above).

2. Request RMA# form by e-mailing yourfriend@watchutopia.com.

3. Complete Return Merchandise Form (below).

4. Include printed copy of this form.

5. Box up merchandise in original packaging materials.

6. Write RMA# on outside of package.
