*You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized Kuwait SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the Kuwait SIM card into your international cell phone with the gold contacts of the Kuwait SIM card facing the metal contacts of your international cellular phone.
^The PUK (00000000) is only required to unblock you phone if you enter in a PIN code (0000) incorrectly. Your phone may or may not prompt you for a PIN code.
**When calling overseas from the United States to your Kuwait cellular phone number callers will need to dial 011 followed by the country code (965) and then your Kuwait cell phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero). To call abroad from your Kuwait cell phone simply dial 00 followed by the country code and phone number.

Kuwait Domestic Rates
Domestic rates are per minute for outgoing calls within Kuwait from your Kuwait SIM card while you are in Kuwait. Your Kuwait SIM card allows you to choose from between 2 calling plans however the default Classique plan is usually best. GPRS High Speed Data
GPRS is available for your Kuwait GSM cell phone (your Kuwait international mobile phone must be properly configured to access GPRS). GPRS acts as a further enhancement to the current GSM network worldwide and enables users to stay connected to their e-mail, mobile Internet browsing and powerful visual applications at a low cost.The cost is a flat monthly fee of 9.5 KD. For more information on GPRS for your Kuwait international mobile phone, please call 107 to register for the service or visit any MTC branch or authorized distributor.
Service Life
Your Kuwait Prepaid SIM card has an initial account balance that will be valid for 15 days once you activate your Kuwait SIM card. If you do not recharge your Kuwait SIM card after first the 15 days, you are given an additional 7 days to recharge your account. During this period you can make emergency calls with your Kuwait prepaid SIM card and contact the customer service 107, besides receiving calls from other parties.
If you don't recharge your Kuwait SIM card during the 7 days, you have another 21 days to recharge your account only without receiving or sending calls. After this period expiries, your Kuwait prepaid account will be deactivated from the system in case the line is not reactivated within 90 days period.
