How to Buy: Buying from TisInc99.com is easy and secure. When you
place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is
protected by our secure server. For every orderable item, there will be an
button. (If there is no price on the item, chances are this item is
currently out of stock.) This button adds the item to your shopping cart.
Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it.
After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order
immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in
your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you
can get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the
button in the top part of our website. You must be over the age of 18 to
place an order on our site.
Methods of Payment: Through the website, we accept major credit cards as well as PayPal. We do accept money order payments, but only for orders by mail. (See above for Order by Mail instructions) You must be over the age of 18 to place an order on our site.

Order by Mail: Don't have a credit card or don't want to place an order through the internet? Send in your order by mail and pay with a money order! Simply place all your items in the Shopping Cart and check out with Money Order chosen as your method of payment.

Items will be held 10 days: If payment does not arrive within 10 calendar days, we will have to cancel your order and your items will be put back into available inventory for others to buy.

Shipping Time: Most orders, if in-stock, will ship out of our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Once a package ships out, it usually takes an additional 2 to 7 business days to arrive.
Sales Tax & Duties: All California customer's orders are charged 8.25% state sales tax. International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, charges, or tariffs applied at the time of delivery. All dollar amounts are in US currency. Your credit card company will give you the best rate of exchange at the time of purchase.

clear all records of credit card numbers after 30 days. We will not sell or

Return Policy: Most orders, unless otherwise specified on our
website, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. All Returns must be in
like new condition and still in original factory package. Opened packages
are subject to an additional restocking fee. Due to the nature of random
content inside CCG booster packs and decks, they cannot be returned once
they are opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping and all
returns will be reimbursed on receipt once approved.
Return Procedure: Any returns should be sent back to the address on the shipping label. Once we receive your return, a refund will either be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase or a check will be issued. When returning merchandise, be sure to include a note with your order number and the details of the return.
