Street Scene Warranty

Street Scene products carry the following warranty to the original purchaser: Hitch Covers, Mud Flap Kits, Cal View Mirrors, Bow Ties, Hitches, Brushed Aluminum and Stainless Steel Speed Grilles and Exhaust Systems carry a limited three-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase under normal road use. All Chrome Speed Grilles carry a limited one-year warranty under normal road use. All Urethane Body Styling Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty not to crack, split or delaminate under normal road use.

During the warranty period at Street Scene Equipment’s discretion, SSE will repair or, at its option, replace any parts of the product that proves to be defective, under normal use. This warranty does not cover labor or shipping cost. This warranty does not apply to product subjected to accident, negligence, alterations, abuse, misuse, unsuitable use, or improper installation. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are being made. Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense of injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the products. This warranty is void if any damage occurs to the product due to misuse, abuse, and neglect, accident, fire, vandalism, alteration, and Acts of God, defective parts not manufactured by Street Scene Equipment, or improper installation or use contrary to the instructions accompanying the product. The warranties set forth herein is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. Buyer acknowledges that no other representation was made to buyer with respect to the quality and function of the goods herein sold.
