• Belltech, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this product that it will be free of manufacturing defects so long as such purchaser owns the vehicle on which such products were originally installed. The warranty is transferable by the original purchaser for a warranty period of five years from the original purchase date. If the product should become defective during the warranty period, return it postage paid to Belltech, Inc., Attention: Warranty Claims, 2822 E. California Avenue, Fresno, California 93721 or to the place of purchase, together with proof of purchase and a letter stating the nature of the defect, refund of the purchase price, at Belltech’s option.
• This warranty does not include damage to the products as a result of accident, misuse, alteration, or faulty installation, Belltech shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the warranty period.
• Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Please contact the factory for complete warranty information.
