By using the SportsImportsltd.com, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not access or use the Sports Imports Ltd web site. sportsimportsltd.com reserves the right at its discretion to change the terms of this agreement and will notify users of any such changes by on-line posting. This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. sportsimportsltd.com therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Acceptance:	All orders of Products placed by you with sportsimportsltd.com and all of its affiliated web sites shall be subject to acceptance by sportsimportsltd.com. Submission of your order shall constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.
Applicable Law:	By purchasing from any of sportsimportsltd.com web sites, you agree that the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and sportsimportsltd.com.
Prices:	All prices are in U.S. dollars. sportsimportsltd.com makes every effort to ensure that its prices are up-to-date and accurate. Nonetheless, any pricing information on this site is subject to change without notice. By placing an order to purchase a product, you agree to pay the purchase price set forth on the sportsimportsltd.com & Affiliate web sites. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, or if an item is added to the shopping card with an incorrect price from the displayed price, it will be manually adjusted and you will be contacted via email. sportsimportsltd.com has the right to cancel any order listed at an incorrect price. If your credit card has already been authorized or charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, sportsimportsltd.com or affiliate web sites will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.
Payment:	Payment must be included with all orders. We accept, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Bank Checks and Money orders only. We do not accept personal checks or Purchase Orders at this time. When you place an order with us, your credit card will only be authorized and not charged. We only charge your Credit Card when the item(s) is shipped. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer to you then you will receive the item before we charge your credit card. It may take up to 3 months for us to charge your credit card for the shipped item.
Chargebacks/Disputes:	If you initiate a chargeback with your Credit Card company without first contacting sportsimportsltd.com there will be a $20 charge to your credit card or if the Chargeback is resolved as not being the fault of sportsimportsltd.com.
Shipping:	All prices are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) factory, Distributor warehouses or Rockville, MD. Freight charges will be collect or prepaid and added to the invoice. Most products are in inventory and ship within 1 to 3 days from the time an order is received. Large and/or custom orders vary in shipping times and may be drop shipped from separate locations. Specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. Products are generally shipped to the US Mainland via United Parcel Service (UPS), US Postal Service or Fedex and International shipments via Fedex Priority, UPS International Express or the U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. Rates are dependent upon weight, size, destination and products ordered. Should an order exceed size and/or weight limitations, motor freight will be used. Our shipping system is automated and we are not able to bill shipping to 3rd party accounts. Shipping to HI, PR and AK ships via the US Postal Service. Your selected shipping method cannot be guaranteed to HI, PR, or International.
Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address:	If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. If we contact you for additional information and do not get a response within 48 hours we will ship the merchandise to the "bill-to" address. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we result in cancellation of your order. Orders with the same billing and shipping address will ship the quickest.
Incorrect Shipping Address:	If the package has incorrect or incomplete address information, UPS will charge a fee of $6.00 for ground shipments, $10.00 for 3-day and faster shipments to correct the address and deliver the package. Examples of incomplete addresses include missing Apartment or Suite numbers, or missing floor, if applicable. Or supplying a PO Box as a delivery address. UPS charges $10.00 for shipment intercepts or address change after item has been shipped. The UPS charge will be automatically charged to the customer's credit card.
Un-deliverable & Refused Package Fees	As of January 3, 2006 UPS charges return shipping for un-deliverable or refused packages. This charge will be passed on to the customer; we are not able to absorb the charges. Packages refused by the recipient, or which can't be delivered will be returned to us by UPS for a fee. Un-deliverable packages shipped UPS ground will be charged published UPS ground residential fees including fuel surcharges both directions. Un-deliverable packages shipped 1, 2 or 3 day will be charged published UPS rates for the outbound shipment and 3 day published rates including fuel surcharges for the return shipment. Examples of un-deliverable packages include, but are not limited to, orders that have incorrect address information, packages that are refused for any reason when delivery is attempted, packages that aren't delivered in 3 delivery attempts, packages unclaimed at the UPS local office or any other reason out of UPS control that result in the package being returned to us. Please make sure the addresses are correct, the recipient knows the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages. Any undelivered or refused shipments sent back to sportsimportsltd.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. International Orders are not returnable. If a domestic or International Shipment is undeliverable or refused by the customer and returned back to sportsimportsltd.com, up to a 25% re-stocking fee will apply less the shipping cost to the customer and only store credit will be given. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with sportsimportsltd.com for refused shipments.
Expedited Shipping:	Most of our items ship within 2 to 3 days. If you request Expedited Shipping such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day, then we will ship your order via that method. Actual arrival date of your order will depend on when your order leaves the warehouse. Weekends & Holidays are not counted for expedited or ground delivery. Expedited Shipping orders are processed quicker, and leave the warehouse faster than Standard ground orders.
Shipping Costs:	Shipping rates quoted at checkout are best estimates based on the weight of the package, Actual shipping charges may vary depending on size, shipping location and will be billed at the time of shipment. Shipping Charges also may differ if the dimensions of the package exceed the weight and is increased to the next weight level as determined by UPS to be "Oversize 1" or "Oversize 2". - A package is considered "Oversize 1" when its combined length and girth exceeds 84 inches, and combined length and girth is equal to or less than 108 inches, and actual weight is less than 30 pounds. - A package is considered "Oversize 2" when its combined length and girth exceeds 108 inches, and actual weight is less than 70 pounds.
Shortages:	Shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. Sports Imports LTD cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, sportsimportsltd.com & LTD will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control.
Returns & Exchanges:	We do not provide a refund on any sale item. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit. There are no exceptions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase request an RA by completing the Return Request Form within 10 days of receipt for a store credit only, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, you will not be given store credit. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back. Returns are typically processed within 3 weeks. Exchanges within 3 business days. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges. Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. We recommend that you insure your return package and obtain proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. If product has been incorrectly shipped, Sports Imports LTD will exchange the item. Return request form must be received by us (email or fax) within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number from sportsimportsltd.com and must be shipped freight prepaid per the RA instructions. Product returned without an RA number will be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense. RA number is valid for 15 days. Returns which are damaged or have parts missing may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price to be applied for missing and/or damaged parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing. Store credit only will be applied. Unopened Factory Sealed returns in re-sellable condition may be returned to sportsimportsltd.com Discretion and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and only store credit. Shipping cost to customer is not refundable. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will receive store credit at the current sportsimportsltd.com selling price less a 25% restocking fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Store Credit is valid for 1 year. Shipping cost to customer is not refundable. Electronics, Bulbs, Special or Custom Orders, Electrical accessories, and orders shipped by freight cannot be cancelled and will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund. Custom products include, but are not limited to Custom Car Covers, Custom Seat Covers, Custom Floor Mats, Custom Car Bra's, Custom Dash covers, as well as any custom painted, monogrammed, or personalized products. Some manufacturers do stock custom items that are more popular, however these are still custom items and cannot be returned. Exchanges will be limited only to manufacturer defects or errors made on the part of sportsimportsltd.com. International orders will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund unless it is sportsimportsltd.com's fault. Shipping cost to customer is not refundable. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in new unused re-sellable condition in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition or the item has been used or installed. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization clearly visible on the returned item's shipping label. Any undelivered or refused shipments sent back to sportsimportsltd.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. International Orders are not returnable. If a Domestic or International Shipment is undeliverable or refused by the customer or Customs and returned back to sportsimportsltd.com, a 25% restocking fee will apply less the shipping cost to the customer and only store credit will be given. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with sportsimportsltd.com for refused shipments.
Defective Merchandise:	If an item is defective, the manufacturer of the item will either repair or replace the defective item under their warranty. Any misuse such as using or installing product incorrectly or any damage caused by customer voids manufacturer's warranty. If you wish to return the defective item back to sportsimportsltd.com for exchange or store credit, customer must pay for shipping to sportsimportsltd.com and initial shipping to customer is not refundable. sportsimportsltd.com will pay for the replacement shipment, if it applies.
