Return Request Form
If
you intend to return any item for any reason you must complete this request. Failure to do so
will void your right to return the item. Remember, you only have
10 days from the date the item was delivered to you to file this
request. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions prior to submitting this request. If your package was damaged by UPS, please report the damaged package here. We only accept NEW, UNUSED, RE-SELLABLE items for return. We do not accept returns on Electrical items or if the item has been used in any way, the item will be returned to you.
This is necessary for:
- Identification
of your returned package. Our distributors receive thousands of
packages every week. Without the proper RA number (Return Authorization) identifying it, your
package becomes the proverbial "needle in the haystack".
- Getting
your package to the right distributor. We use various
sources to get your order to you fast. Returned items may be sent back to the original shipper or to us.
Shipping a return to our
P.O. Box or another inappropriate destination, will significantly delay the processing of your
return and may result in additional fees.
- Avoiding
lost returns. Without a proper RA number and Shipping Tracking
number, your package can easily get lost. Without these numbers, identifying
a lost package is almost impossible.
- Receiving credit or avoiding an additional
charge. Without proof of delivery, we cannot issue
credit. In addition, if you requested a re-ship, without proof
of delivery of the returned item, we must charge you for the cost of
the re-shipment.
