Here is a window on the world tip & technique from Jolene:
I was looking through my jewelry making supplies this week and found some items that I thought would mix well with new papers and embellishments. Here’s what I made.
I paired new Little Yellow Bicycle Winter Twig paper and layered button stickers with an Inkssentials Memory Capsule, Memory Glass, and Memory Frame. I held it all together with a little Glossy Accents. The Memory Capsules are a fun way to capture 3D items, either ephemera or small scrapbook items. It’s fun to use the tiny “window to the world” to see exactly what you can fit inside.
I used some Ranger Stickles to adhere the Memory Capsule to the Memory Glass so that even the back would have some sparkle. Consider making these pendants with a holiday theme such as Valentine or one to celebrate a milestone birthday. The pendants are interchangeable on a simple cord or beaded chain and make a great gift. They are fun to make at scrapbook retreats or as the activity at a birthday party. Give one a try! |
