We at Science City are very proud of our great customer service. So much so that we decided to share with you some of the recent customer feedback we’ve been getting. Science City has also been given the "TOP SERVICE" designation by Yahoo! Shopping. Nearly all Yahoo! stores have good customer satisfaction ratings, but those with the "TOP SERVICE" star rating are the best of the best, with at least 95% positive ratings.

Comments: Science city helped save my daughter’s birthday. I had ordered a chemistry set from
another very popular online store days earlier but had not received the set. I was able to order a better
set from Science City for the same amount of money and it arrived the very next day. Science City also
called me to make sure I didn't mind paying the extra shipping cost because it was a little high for overnight delivery.
The chemistry set from the competitor arrived 2 weeks later - it had been ordered with overnight delivery.
