Virginia State Police Designate Anti-NWO Opinion as Domestic Terrorism

Another document designating Americans as terrorists has surfaced. The document, entitled “Crisis Controlled: Assessing Potential Threats of Violence,” authored by Trooper John R. Wright, is posted on the official website of the Commonwealth of Virginia, under the Department of Human Resources Management.

In March, the Virginia State Police and the Virginia Fusion Center produced a report entitled “2009 Virginia Terrorism Threat Assessment.” In response, Virginia Governor Timothy M. Kaine ordered an investigation of the fusion center. The report designates university-based students groups as terrorist groups.
Presented in slideshow format, the latest document lists gun rights, pro-life, constitutional issues, tax protesters, and “anti-government groups” as domestic terror threats. Anarchists, separatists, “single issue,” and religious cults are listed along with al-Qaeda, Hamas, Hizballah, al-Jihad, Aryan Nations, neo-Nazi, skinheads, black separatists, and the Klu Klux Klan.
As amply documented here and elsewhere, al-Qaeda is a CIA and Pakistan ISI created terrorist group. Hamas was nurtured from the ground up by Israel’s Mossad and Institute for Intelligence and Special Tasks. Al-Jihad is financed and supported by the Muslim Brotherhood, a British and U.S. intelligence asset.
Under COINTELPRO, the FBI provided covert aid to the Ku Klux Klan, Minutemen, Nazis, and other racist vigilantes. The Elohim City “settlement” connected to documented government operative Timothy McVeigh and linked to the Aryan Nations and other white supremacists groups was infiltrated and run by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the FBI.

In short, many if not most of the terrorist groups listed in the “Crisis Controlled” document are false flag operations specifically designed to discredit and subvert legitimate opposition to the government.
Trooper John R. Wright’s slideshow weighs heavily on “protective measures” against these manufactured threats. He tells us that terrorists will try to “fit in” and cites Timothy McVeigh, Luke John Helder (the so-called mailbox bomber), and Sarah Jane Olson as examples of people who on the surface appear to be average citizens. Sarah Jane Olson, aka Kathleen Soliah, was a patsy member of the Symbionese Liberation Army, a classic government created terror group. McVeigh’s connection to the government is noted above.
Wright urges citizens to actively become snoops and instructs them to consider innocuous behavior as suspected terrorist activity. People who avoid community contact and value privacy are to be considered possible terrorists, as well as those who make “unusual purchases” or have “numerous visitors/meetings.”
Wright’s slideshow provides the following as an example of a terrorist lead:
“I saw a white male, about 6 ft tall wearing black combat pants, a black t-shirt, and boots with the pants tucked in, taking notes for at least 2 hours outside the front entrance to the Courthouse. He was standing near a brown Ford pick-up truck, PA SYE-141, with a rusting tailgate and a bumper sticker that said, “Say No to the New World Order”. (Emphasis added.)
In other words, if you listen to Alex Jones, have an anti-NWO bumper sticker on your vehicle, or wear certain clothing you may be reported to the Virginia State Police as a possible terrorist worthy of “subsequent investigation.”
“Crisis Controlled: Assessing Potential Threats of Violence” is another example of an orchestrated effort by police agencies — now fully federalized and under the sway of the Department of Homeland Security — to designate legitimate and constitutionally protected opposition to government policies as violent terrorist activity.
The Virginia State Police need to receive complaints about this latest document. The Virginia State Police “Terrorist Tip Hotline” is 1-877-4VA-TIPS. Please contact the Virginia State Police and politely indicate you do not appreciate the police urging citizens to become snoops and characterizing lawful behavior as terrorism.

As a citizen of Virginia, I have to say that this article is complete bullshit.
I have an upside down flag sticker, an impeach obama sticker and more on my car and I have been in traffic with state troopers and regular pigs and they haven’t even given me a second look. They know that it won’t stand up in court so they don’t waist their time. good day.

I am APPALLED!!!!! I should have expected this given the recent documents coming out of other states, and yet shock is present. I live in VA, I voted for Tim Kaine, and I will be making this call, and Email as well.
The last time I checked, dissent was the most patriotic thing an AMerican could do. To think that I no longer have the right to an opinion, that clearly many share, is an ABOMINATION to all that is AMERICA!!!!

I was ashured by phone by a spokesman at Governor Kaine’s office that there was no such thing going on in Virginia after I wrote a letter to the governor of Missouri because of the same report in that state. I was lied to. This government from the very top down has become a Rogue government, and needs to be declawed. There are Patriot movements underway all over america with one purpose. It’s only going to get deeper unless we start arresting the criminal slime dogs and getting involved in our local governments.
Urge your representative in congress to get behind HR 1207 if they are not already.
We need arrests, real arrests, not the sacrificial patsies they always throw under the bus, we need to go after the top dogs.
Mail or drop off the oathkeepers videos along with a copy of the constitution and bill of rights to your local precinct. Educate the police. Most police don’t even know the difference between statutory law and common law, let alone have many of them ever read the bill of rights and constitution that they’ve sworn an oath to.

For these bastards to classify dissenters as terrorists is truly the height of treason. This only confirms what i’ve known for quite some time. It reveals that the government sees everybody as a potential terrorist. The word terrorist is used to describe anybody who dares to speak out against a political establishment that has gone astray. Remember when Dubya said “You’re either with us or you’re with the terrorists”. Well, i’m definitely not with them because they are the real terrorists. i live in va. and i am not surprised. the culture here well the people are snooty stuck up you have to qualify for someones clique to have a frienf. and this shows in the politic: hate issues with immigrants, rascism, historically with being the state with the most slaves, parasitic coal companies that enslave their people in appalachia, in other words a lot of pathology, and not the least a hypocritical and false church system. the only reason i cannot move is of economics and a family or id be out of here. the local media here is so hidebound ot the federal and the corps. the only things channels 6 8 and 12 ever press is restuarant reports and telephone and computer scams while you have nuclear plants, germ labs, the coal industry, military exercises in municipalities, govt corrution etc. they never, never report. their crime reports on 6,8 and 12 always focus on only black 90% of the time as if white people never commit a crime. un their vedios you never see cops arresting an upper middle class white family members and if a white women or guy kills someone while drunk or on drugs their families do not want that to be pressed but only their good qualities but a black man these are all over the media, totally rascist.
so with all said no i am not in the least surprised by what the va. state police are doing its endemic of the culture here.

It is getting to the point where everyone will be a potential terrorist. This is known as the chilling effect to make you shut up and be a good worker for the system. To me the incident described is tantamount to putting an NRA sticker on your bumper to advertise that you are a gun owner. I don’t have any stickers on my vehicle. I’m not advertising my perspective to anyone I don’t want to know it. Lately here in VA, I have encountered a license checkpoint at 1430 in the afternoon on a 2 way secondary road. These types of stops are dragnets for the police to try for a vehicle search and trip you up into something you aren’t prepared for. Don’t give them the reason to try. Don’t draw attention to yourself just for the sake of doing it.
