Report: Iran war will spark backlash

Press TV

A new report prepared by the Rand Corporation for the US Air Force says any attack on Iran would only bolster the Iranian government.

“If Iran’s facilities were to be bombed, public support for any retaliation its government took would likely be widespread,” the leading US-based think tank said in its report.

“Attacks on Iran would generate a great deal of ill-will and, in our view, would be unlikely to change Iranian policy,” the report added according to The Independent.

The war will be inevitable and it is coming. It is going to be too late for anyone to do anything about it.

Now the administration is attempting to look legit by sending Bill Burns to twist some more arms. It seems a bit simplistic to posit convincing Iran that the international community’s sanctions are not coerced, and that suddenly the US is going to be reasonable in the region. Been throwing rocks at the ME bee hive for decades and suddenly its holier than thou as American sovereignty and liberties erode down the drain of tyranny and corporate criminality. Better to begin concentrating on putting our own house in order. Burns will likely accomplish nothing exept a stay of execution because I don’t believe a country like Iran is interested in trusting a government that would perpetrate, or at the very least turn a blind eye to, the attacks of 9/11.
