Investigation Could Sink American Police Force
Attorney General orders secretive paramilitary group to turn over all its records

The plans of American Police Force to boss the $27 million dollar detention center in Hardin Montana as well as expand their presence across the country while training foreign troops inside the U.S. could be mothballed after Montana’s Attorney General launched an investigation and demanded the organization turn over all its records.
Suspicions that the paramilitary unit, which attempted to pose as law enforcement in Hardin last week by placing decals on SUV’s that read “Hardin Police Department,” is a cut-out or a front group for a larger company, may be realized after AG Steve Bullock ordered Hardin city officials to turn over all their documents related to their dealings with APF by October 12.
“His office made a similar demand of American Police Force, including information that would back up (Michael) Hilton’s claims of multiple defense contracts with the U.S. government and other agencies,” reports the Associated Press.
As we have highlighted, APF grandstands as a major player in the world of international private security, even claiming on its own website that it runs the U.S. Training Center, a Blackwater or “Xe” owned facility. This has led many to claim that the company is a shell or a front organization for something far more sinister, rumors that have only grown with APF’s blanket refusal to name its parent company.
The investigation was prompted by the revelation yesterday that APF founder “Captain” Michael Hilton is a career criminal and a convicted fraudster who has operated under no less than 17 different aliases. Hilton, a native of Montenegro, was sentenced to 6 years in jail in 1993 for “Such schemes you cannot believe,” according to Joseph Carella, an Orange County, Calif. doctor, namely a dozen counts of grand theft. Hilton has defrauded numerous different individuals to the tune of $1.1 million dollars over the past 20 years.

APF’s plans to construct another facility in Hardin that will train international paramilitary forces also looks doomed following intense media scrutiny of the organization’s shady dealings with local authorities and their probable violation of article 2 section 33 of the Montana Constitution.
Judging by the reaction of Attorney Becky Convery, who negotiated the original deal between Hardin authorities and APF, the contract to man the detention center and build the training facility could be torpedoed.
“Convery said Two Rivers director Greg Smith had a tentative deal with Hilton’s company to provide law enforcement service, but she said it was never finalized and she was uncertain whether it would be legal,” reports the AP.
“We are not at all pleased with American Police masquerading as if they were the police for the city of Hardin,” she said.
American Police Force and Hilton are now obviously engaging in desperate damage control, trying to offset concerns that they were on the verge of transforming the town into a “privately run police state,” as the AP article puts it, before press scrutiny forced them to put the breaks on.
Hilton has now pledged to donate the SUV’s that were marked with the police decals to the city while still pushing ahead with plans to provide law enforcement for the area for $250,000 a year. The fact that APF’s training center plans to recruit foreign assets who could then be patrolling the streets of America bossing U.S. citizens is obviously a frightening prospect, completely unconstitutional, and another reason why APF needs to abandon its plans to act as a private police force completely.

They impersonated the police. This is a major crime. Is Montana such a lawless place that these guys are not going to be prosecuted? Apparently if you’re ‘juiced in’ with the right local ‘officials’, the law doesn’t apply.
If you live in Montana, call your elected representatives and tell them there is photographic and video proof that these APF guys were impersonating police officers and DEMAND that the law be upheld and that a thorough investigation is initiated.
If they get away with not being prosecuted for this crime, look out because it will happen again.
It would help to call the county sheriff’s office and ask how can we know whether his vehicles are the real deal from now on since they’re going to let people get away with impersonating his officers. If I were working the beat in that county, I’d be super-pissed about this.

BTW, donating the SUVs = bribe to avoid prosection. It seems the local ‘officials’ are corrupt as hell and it’s open season for bribery. First you have the wife of a TRA top-dog getting a new car and $60K/yr payment plan, and now a bunch of shiny SUVs to keep everybody quiet.
This is CRIMINAL what is going on, yet nobody is going to enforce the law. The judicial system in Montana is failing it’s citizens. There is only one way to get justice when the supposed enforcers are criminals themselves.

Tracks 8-11 are good. I went through tracks 1-5 on my way home from target. It was decent driving music, I didnt find myself hitting the skip button. Not sure if its better to buy this album than to buy an older album to support the band and not big record company. IMO CountDown To Extinction is the best Mega Death Album.
I am sort of over exposed to give The Title Track #07 End Game a fair review.

I respect Jones more than anybody else..he is a Hero and I love him,and he deserves all respect..but I think he really missed the point with mentioning NATO bombing of Serbia in a sense that Serbia was a independant country that got in a way of a New World Order and that poor Serbs are being set up by NWO. David Icke, very known NWO researcher and very often guest of AJ wrote in his book The Truth Will Set You Free about the war in Yugoslavia that Serbia was indeed having an agreement with NWO..that Milosevic had millions of dollars in Kissinger firm, and that UN basically delivered Croatia and Bosnia to Serbs by setting an arms embargo on Yugoslavian states in a situation where at start of the war Serbs basically controled 99% of the Yugoslav army, so Croats and Muslims were basically anarmed. And Serbs started killings much before Al Quaida was in Bosnia, so that is no reason. Later Serbs got betrayed by NWO at Kosovo..as will other servants of NWO be betrayed. Serbian paramilitary started World War I by killing austrian prince in Bosnia..now there is a Serbian(also Illuminaty simbol) coat of arms on “American Police Force” starting World War III

The wars in Croatia and Bosnia were complicated and confusing. But when it comes to Kosovo there is no doubt, Serbia definitely stood up against the NWO there. They lost the war, but what is important is that Serbia stood up and made a great sacrifice. In the end it looks like the Kosovo war in 1999 was the turning point for the NWO empire. They were then at the peak of their power. Just look at the players. Bill Clinton, Madeleine Albright, Tony Blair, Richard Holbrooke. NWO stooges all of them. After 1999 the empire has weakened and it is weakening still.
I think a big factor was the trial against Milosevic in the Hague. Milosevic was a bad president that made many mistakes. But in the Hague he made up for it by exposing the rotten inside of the New World Order to the world. Milosevic knew all about them, and he exposed it all in the trial. No wonder the corporate controlled media went dead silent about the trial as soon as Milosevic started to expose them. But the trial transcripts are still available online for everybody to read. You can learn a lot about the NWO by reading those trial transcripts. Especially the ones from Milosevics defense.

I believe you will find — when all is said and done that this man (Hilton) is acting alone and WITH NO PARENT COMPANY — I’ve studied the other scams he’s pulled off in the past and he is extremely good at the con. Good people have fallen for many of his scams.
On the other hand I believe he’s done the patriot movement a favor…to see how quickly everyone responded and jumped on the twitters and web sites was akin to a “test run” for us … call it a “training op”…lol…only for patriots!

Yeah this man (Hilton) isn’t too bright … for starters he could of strolled into town, low key and kept a low profile (isn’t that what security corps do?), but he literally used a trumpet blast to catch the attention of the peaceful town folk. And if it’s true about the locals having helicopters and training missions going on in their foothills, then I’m sure they are a bit paranoid to begin with, least I would be.
However Steve Quayle’s source seems to be a bit more paranoid than most, he said they were building a gate (not so from the tweets I hear) and he said there were a dozen SUV’s (maybe in his mind, but I’ve only seen three) and where he got the stuff about the flu shot, again I think he’s running on high paranoia. Better to be a bit paranoid then caught trusting I suppose. When paranoia skews the facts making Steve look bad I would question that source in the future.

The Pine Ridge Indian reservation is building a 13 million jail-but they have no money to staff it. Hilton needs to be held accountable for his actions. A felon in control of a firearm? Obama should appoint Hilton as Czar of Foreign Security to add to his list of criminal advisers. I find it hard to believe Hilton was working alone. Someone had to dish out the 2 million for this deal and furnish those vehicles. A con man usually cons the money from somewhere else. Rarely will they put up their own funds especially to the tune of 2 million. Follow the money. If this man has several felonies why is he even walking around armed? If you go to jail for selling pot you lose the right to have a gun yet he has several felonies and masquerades like a police force? That is another felony. Something is really fishy about this setup. Why would we bring foreign troops to train here when we have a so called ‘terrorist’ problem? Isn’t that inviting the terrorists here? Is he backed by the government? That is the 2 million $ question.

Prisons are bad places to be, private prisons are the worst places to be. Prisons built in small towns ruin that town. Promises of jobs from Walmart and private prisons are a lie. The people of hardin and surrounding area need to take up arms. What APF is doing is illegal and against the constitution of the United States. If we don’t take them down now they will spread to a town near all of us.
