In May of this year researchers distributed 810 questionnaires to public hospital workers. Less than half of the nearly 400 workers who returned the questionnaires intended to accept pre-pandemic H1N1 vaccination.
In a separate article, very few of 85 focus group participants in British Columbia said they would be willing to be vaccinated in the event of a pandemic, and very few people said they or their children would definitely get vaccinated.

After investigating that figure, it has been found to be a gross exaggeration based on flawed data compilation, but still, the swine flu has claimed FAR fewer lives than the seasonal flu in any given year, and no draconian measures have ever been taken to curtail the seasonal flu. Dr. Wodarg told the German press that the widespread fear of the pandemic was an “orchestration,” stating: “It is great business for the pharmaceutical industry. Swine flu is not very different from normal flu. On the contrary, if you look at the number of cases it is nothing compared to a normal flu outbreak.” Before you accept a vaccination, or allow your child to receive one, it’s always wise to examine the benefits versus the risks. That is encouraging to hear. A friend of mine here in Denver, that is in the "health care" field, heard of a policy at one area hospital were employees could forgo the swine flu vaccine, but if they got the flu then they would not be allowed to charge the time-off against their sick days. Wow...I just shook my head.

The bigger question is what happens when the government tries to force them to take the vaccine. I wonder how many of them will put there livihoods on the line in order to take the principled stand against the kind of coersion they are going to be faced with.
As many persons have already had the Swine Flu (many thought it was 'just a cold'), in the event that mandatory vaccination is brought in I would suggest that one be tested for the antibodies - and if you have them - or a doctor who is prepared to document that you have had the Swine Flu - you will be exempt from the shot.
Like wise if you have documentation that you are undergoing cancer therapy or bad reactions to mercury.

My previous post hasn't shown up, but count me as a health care worker that will quit his job before administering forced vacs. No one will be giving them to my kids either.
I agree with the suggestion from Heather Marsh that people who have already had flu should be tested.
If the government objects to extra expense, then people should be free to pay for the laboratory test themselves. If they have antibodies to swine flu, then there cannot possibly be any MEDICAL reason to inject a drug of which the (purported) only purpose is to create these same antibodies.
This is a highly reasonable option that should be widely advocated -- along with the suggestion to demand that the doctor sign a letter with the patient's name, listing the adjuvants and preservatives and stating categorically that these will not cause side-effects either now or in the long-term.
In Canada we've heard a report that some one million doses of non-adjuvant vaccine have been obtained especially for pregnant women. (But apparently no one else is allowed that option.)
A spokesman for the "Canadian Centre for Vaccinology" in Halifax says this is just an extra precaution because of course the adjuvants are safe. There's that word "vaccinology" sticking out like a red flag. In his analysis of the transcript he obtained of the secret convention which approved continuing to allow mercury in vaccines even for pregnant women, Dr. Blaylock wrote that there's no such "medical specialty" as vaccinology.
This Vaccinology" centre is evidently drug-industry based. Certainly its employees and defenders push universal vaccination. See: <www.cbc.ca/.../ns-vaccine-lab.html. The comments (now closed) include squalene as one of the objections. One person argues the standard industry excuses, claiming safety and dismissing concerns about squalene. Unfortunately nobody managed to post references to the animal studies in which they were paralyzed and/or had rheumatoid arthritis, to show that the assertion of "no evidence" of harm by "Margie96" is false.

I just cannot believe that an employer could have the legal right to make demands over what you put into your body...that cannot be legal.....can it? If enough health care workers stood together and declined there is no way a large hospital could restaff quickly enough to run well.....Unbelievable.

An employer has no legal right to force staff to have medical treatments. In Canada, for example, vaccines are NOT mandatory. But people in the health field and on some other jobs (school teachers for example) are coerced to have vaccines. They are not fired listing that as a cause, but for example, they are asked to stay home during the flu season (all winter!) or another cause to let them go can be found. It is easy to manipulate people when they depend on you for a living.
Most of my clients who come to ask for help to protect themselves from the FLU SHOT, are from those professions. They can't afford to resign or make a fuss, because they are then discriminated against in many subtle ways.
In any case, politics aside, when it comes down to your health and safety, everyone has a choice to make, And there are means to protect and detoxify yourself if you do get the jab! And Dr. Mercola's site is offering a lot of new information, choices, ideas and instructions - including what I have been posting all along: get homeopathic remedies and protect yourself and your family - they are safe, oral, single doses, have no chemical content and are amazingly effective, they work instantly.
I agree with Heather Marsh, I think a lot of us have had it already and certainly do not need a vaccine no matter what, BUT... How would we know we are even getting honest antibody test results? I think there's some reason "they" want all of us to get this vaccine SO BADLY, and it's NOT because the virus itself is so dangerous. Is it because they want us to get what is in the shots? Which makes me highly suspicious of how "they" would treat anything that might reduce the number of people that get the shot. I think "they" would force all the labs to send their results through "them" and then we would get back false results, with the expectation that we would then succumb to the shot. Is that paranoid? Probably. But, do we have reason to be paranoid? These days, absolutely!
I am a paramedic that works for a municipal 911 service. Not only will my family and I not be getting the vaccination, but I am also warning fellow fire fighters not to allow it for their families. The guys at my station are taking 2000 I.U. of vitamin D daily. 1000 I.U. In a multi vitamin and another 1000 in a vitamin D suppliment. They are all outdoorsmen, so getting enough sunlight is not an issue.
Folks, Dr. Mercola is spot on regarding flu vaccinations. They are worse than worthless. They are harmful. If the government makes the vaccination mandatory, this will be my last year as a medic. I refuse to force the shot on anyone. If the government attempts to force the shots on my family, they will find themselves on the recieving end of my constitutional right to bear arms. This is tyranical and immoral. It's almost as if the government is attempting to depopulate.
This is not a complicated issue. Do the research and use your common sense. Give your body what it needs to defend itself and don't inject it with poison vaccine. Simple.
As much as I love being a paramedic, I will never intentionally inflict harm on others just to keep my job. On the contrary, I am actively campaining in my community for people to avoid the vaccine. Some are listening, like my coworkers, many think I'm nuts. One day I'll say, "I tried to tell you".
My hospital has decided to make the seasonal flu vaccine mandatory and possibly the swine flu vaccine. We have until Nov 30 to comply or be suspended, after suspension, if we still do not comply we will be fired! Please tell me what my rights are, and that I have more than a choice of taking it or getting fired. I don't want these vaccines! The hospital is #1 in NY and #6 in the country, so I know I have a big fight. Thanks for all input on this matter.
Empress13, my heart goes out to you. Is this stipulation part of your contract? Do you belong to a union, and are they of any help? I wonder what happens if someone says they got their shot at Wallgreen's but lost the receipt/ documentation? As an RN who used to administer the seasonal flu vaccine, I know there is no recourse for the facility when the employee says they once had a bad reaction to the vaccine, but not sure whether this exemption will carry over to the H1N1 shot. There's always the question on the consent form that asks, "Are you feeling well today?" to which one could reply No, if you're not averse to the therapeutic falsehood. You could conceiveably apply for unemployment compensation, but I hope it doesn't come to that. Do you know whether there are enough others who agree with you to have a coordinated civil disobedience movement (like when police officers all contract the "Blue Flu" at the same time)? These are just some disorganized random thoughts, but I hope at least one of them will be somewhat helpful. Best of luck to you.
You all need to stick together and make an oath together. If you, and others, hopefully, will NOT get it, guess what? The HOSPITAL is responsible for those in its care, correct? So, when they FIRE you or whatever, who will immediately step in to care for those in the hospitals? They will be SHORT and there will be panic in the hospital, not over the flu, but because they fired good workers for the pharmaceutical profits. They will come begging when enough people stand up. You MUST stand up and get fired, or play the role of the puppet--although you won't be compensated like obama, bushy, or congress people. You WILL have given up your self and your beliefs for PROFIT. That is being a slave. Can you stand firm or do you roll over? IF you think about it, the MESS we are in is certainly because of people being compromised. They are asking you to PUT known toxins in your body with NO evidence that vaccines really work. IN fact, we KNOW they don't.

I know from working in administration at one of the big 3 hospitals in Denver that hospital administators are terrified at even the threat of law suits! I've seen them back down completely (from other issues) at the threat of a law suit.

I will keep you in my Daily Prayers & all of the other Workers too! The Children's Hospital in NYC helped save my Life in July 1970 when I was 3.5 yrs old! There was no body fat b/w my Heart & Lung "Cage" and if it weren't for the upper body scan at the Hospital where I was born- Dover General in Dover, NJ- my Parent's would've been devestated when I died! They contacted NYC & my Specialist was Astounded to be contacted w/in 48hrs because NYC had Found A Donor!!

You can use homeopathy to clear the effects of the flu shot immediately after having it done. In the case that it is unavoidable or that you decide you do need to keep your job.
After all not everyone can afford to lose their job in these difficult times!
Homeopathy has used remedies to reduce or totally avoid consequences from vaccinations. I use them in my practice all the time to help people who have already been damaged by vaccines. And those who cannot avoid giving one to their child.
I have posted elsewhere as well, regarding this Swine Flu situation, that homeopathy can nip in the bud any toxic and traumatic shock to the body if taken soon after a vaccination. Combined with all the good measures for optimal health and immune strength, it should keep you safe. What is more, it can turn things around much, much faster than vitamins and nutrition can, for those who will need a lot of good nutrition to build up their immune system

My Mom developed a hearing problem when she was 80 & now at the age of 84 (on 8/7), people need to talk louder for her to understand.

I've been having "Visions" since I was 14 years old and I had 1 about this Vaccination that it wasn't good or healthy!
