Dredging up Dickensian horrors of child labor, the Obama administration has ordered the Labor Department to apply child labor laws to family farms. The new rules would make it illegal for children to perform a large number of labor tasks that have been performed by farm families for centuries. Traditionally, adults and children alike helped with planting and harvesting in the spring and fall, but the federal government is now determined not only to make this a historical footnote, but a criminal offense.
Children have worked with their families on farms for centuries. It is the reason there is now a “summer vacation” for school kids. Under the rules, children under 18 would be prevented by the federal government from working “in the storing, marketing and transporting of farm product raw materials” and prohibited “places of employment would include country grain elevators, grain bins, silos, feed lots, stockyards, livestock exchanges and livestock auctions.”
In addition to making it far more difficult for families to work their farms, the new rules will revoke the government’s approval of safety training and certification taught by independent groups like 4-H and FFA and replace them with a 90-hour federal government training course, the Daily Caller reports.
In other words, the federal government will forcibly insert itself in the business of teaching animal husbandry and crop management, disciplines traditionally passed on by families and local communities.
Government apparatchiks will now oversee the business of local farming the same way Stalin did when he collectivized farms and “socialized” production at gunpoint in the Soviet Union. Resistance by farmers and peasants to Stalin’s efforts resulted in the government cutting off food rations, which resulted in widespread famine (the “terror-famine in Ukraine” killed around 12 million people) and millions were sent to forced labor camps.
The Labor Department’s effort to further erode the family farm falls on the heels of an unconstitutional executive order Obama issued last year establishing so-called rural councils.
“According to this new executive order, the Obama administration plans to stick its itchy little fingers into just about every aspect of rural life,” the Economic Collapse Blog noted at the time. “One of the stated goals of the White House Rural Council is to do the following….”
Coordinate and increase the effectiveness of Federal engagement with rural stakeholders, including agricultural organizations, small businesses, education and training institutions, health-care providers, telecommunications services providers, research and land grant institutions, law enforcement, State, local, and tribal governments, and nongovernmental organizations regarding the needs of rural America.
Obama’s plan to make life miserable for family farmers coincides with an effort by the United Nations under Agenda 21. Section one of the executive order mentions “sustainable rural communities,” language right out of Agenda 21. The federal government has recently moved to clamp down on family farms. For instance, last year the Department of Transportation proposed new burdensome rules for farmers. Incidentally, DOT Secretary Ray LaHood holds a seat on the newly created White House Rural Council.
“In Late May, the DOT proposed a rule change for farm equipment, and if it this allowed to take effect, it will place significant regulatory pressure on small farms and family farms all across America – costing them thousands of dollars and possibly forcing many of them out of business,” writes Mike Opelka. “The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), part of the Department of Transportation (DOT), wants new standards that would require all farmers and everyone on the farm to obtain a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) in order to operate any farming equipment. The agency is going to accomplish this by reclassifying all farm vehicles and implements as Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs).”
Late last year, House Republicans moved to prevent the EPA from further burdening farmers with a rule that would ban “farm dust.” Outrage in response to the proposed regulation came fast and furious and EPA boss Lisa Jackson was forced to back down as Democrats complained that the government was not targeting small family farms with the proposed regulation.
A concerted effort by the federal government to attack small family farms cannot be denied. Infowars.com has covered dozens of efforts, including the attack on Rawesome Foods in California, numerous efforts by the feds to attack raw milk and dairy farmers (including attacks by the FDA on Amish farmers), and a recent effort by the Department of Natural Resources in Michigan to destroy open-range pig farms.
In addition to attempting to micromanage – and run out of business – family farms through federal labor regulations, the government is trying to insert itself in the relationship between parents and their children.
The ongoing attacks on family farming are not merely misguided efforts by control freak bureaucrats. They are part of a larger “comprehensive plan of action” to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations to institute “sustainable development,” a philosophy designed to bring humanity under tight control of the global elite.
As George H. W. Bush said on September 11, 1990, the plan is “based entirely on social control mechanisms.” For the elite, controlling food – especially healthy and natural food produced by family farms – is a primary objective in their plan for global conquest.

While in the Marine Corp some of the strongest most capable men and woman that I’ve met were farmers. They worked hard, were honest and had an excellent outlook on life. Now when I say farmers I mean they worked the farm when they were kids. Many of these good Marines did not re-enlist for another stint because they missed the farming and wanted to go back, it was in there blood. So what our government is doing is cutting the life-line of farmers by not letting kids milk cows, pitchfork the hay, plant the corn and so on. So in essance just one more generation of American farmers will have strong desires to farm, then in about 20 years, they will have no desire to farm. Just what our government and Monsanto wants.

Almost everyone was a farmer in this country in past generations. They have attacked the family and the farm. This was the real strength of our Nation in the years of the signing of the Constitution. The Nazis took the strongest and brightest children for their indoctrination in Youth camps. They demanded that children be raised only as they dictated. They brutally killed innocent Jewish children and others that they deemed “unacceptables” who were not part of their evil occult plan. The hypocrisy and twisted reasoning of mankind who seek power over their fellow men is outrageous!
The actions of these so called governmental agencies are hypocritical at best and potentially very evil in twisting the rightful concern about the abuse of children to encompass the family farm so broadly. It has been proven in countless studies that the Federal government does a horrible job when it interferes with our family, our children and our farms. Witness the corrupt out of control evilness that is practiced in the Federal Government nowadays. Clean your own house first before you mess with ours.

In 1941, SS General Erich von dem Bach-Zelewski told his superior Heinrich Himmler that the Nazis had been murdering Jews, including women and children, at close range and in cold blood all summer. Bach-Zelewski was worried about this method’s traumatizing effects on his men. Himmler recorded in his diary the General’s concerns: “And he said to me, ‘Reichsfuhrer, these men are finished for the rest of their lives. What kind of followers are we producing here- either neurotics or brutes?’”
This is germane to the discussion because this was part of Hitler’s plan to pull children from families, have children “tell” on their parents, remove them from the protection of homes/farms to indoctrinate them into the glories of the Third Reich. When Poland was invaded, they crushed all the grain mills and burned all the fields and farmhouses. And if you can’t see ANY connection to what I’ve said that’s YOUR problem. Can you say you had an ancestor die in Dachau as a political prisoner, who was NOT Jewish, from the brutal inhumanity that ideological jargon can twist itself into within the human mind? This was the way it started in that brutal regime repeated again in Russia. They took TOTAL control of the FARMS and starved the people into submission. I’ve said repeatedly in my posts that we must DISSOLVE the FEDERAL RESERVE the economic lifeblood of the Money Power, along with the unconstitutional income tax, and defund the Pentagon the bully enforcers of the Money Power. But this must be done with the cooperation of the militias, police and military. Spurious testimony at Nuremberg which included extravagant statements in support of the myth of the Six Million was invariably given by former German officers because of pressure, either severe torture as in the cases cited previously, or the assurance of leniency for themselves if they supplied the required statements. Leaders to his Castle at Wewelsburg for a conference, including Bach-Zelewski who was an expert on partisan warfare. Another brazen falsehood was Bach-Zelewski’s accusation that on August 31st, 1942 Himmler personally witnessed the execution of one hundred Jews by an Einsatz detachment at Minsk, causing him to nearly faint. It is known, however, that on this date Himmler was in conference at his field headquarters at Zhitomir in the Ukraine (cf. K. Vowinckel, Die Wehrmacht im Kampf, vol. 4, p. 275). Much is made of Bach-Zelewski’s evidence in all the books on Himmler, especially Willi Frischauer’s Himmler: Evil Genius of the Third Reich (London, 1953, p. 148 ff). However, in April 1959, Bach-Zelewski publicly repudiated his Nuremberg testimony before a West German court. He admitted that his earlier statements had not the slightest foundation in fact, and that he had made them for the sake of expediency and his own survival.

Lenin and Stalin both decimated the farmers, killed millions of them, men, women and children. In fact near all the Communist Officials were Jewish. Stalin had over 13 million or more Ukrainians starved to death, sent to the camps, or killed, in all over 66 million Russians and Ukrainians were killed by the Communists who were near all Jews. The Jews were in charge of all the prison camps, and were head of all the torture chambers, and gulags – this according not only to mounds of testimony by Alexander Solzenitzn gives this number of 66 million killed by the Jews in his last book before he died. Of the 556 Communist Ministers over 490 were Jews. Stalin, Lenin, Trotsky, etc, etc, were all Jews. The Holocaust story’s are just that – made up story’s with no real facts. My mother spent two years in the Concentration camps, in Buchenwald, the Labour Camps and in a Camp near Nurenburg, she was put in a bordello for high officers, after she was captured as a Dutch Resistanc Fighter, and she says that the Holocaust was a bunch of lies and most died of typhoid, and there were no ovens. The allies bombed everything that moved in the last few years of the war and so no supplies or medicines were reaching any of the camps resulting in disease and malnutrition.
Communism, which is admittedly a Jewish invention, does indeed go after the farmers always to control both the food and to subjugate them to the state as they are more independant than most.

There is verifiable evidence that there were Jewish involved in the horrific occurrences. Himmler was a Jew? Evidence. “Holocaust stories are just that-made up stories with no real facts.” After you listed millions of people killed. A holocaust is still a holocaust no matter what ethnic group. One person such as my ancestor is one too many to die for such insanity. A proclaimed Nazi once told me similar to what you say that “the allies bombed everything…so no supplies or medicines were reaching any of the camps resulting in disease and malnutrition.”
Not being an apologist for any ethnic group but there were innocent Jewish, Polish, Russian, Hungarian, Slavic etc. children transported by trains to the camps. That is verifiable and documented!
It’s the ideology that killed ALL those people. Whatever nationality or gender represented. That’s what is threatening America today. Loss of property, liberties, religious freedom and decent family life. Anytime you can rationalize killing anybody for an ideology, you need to very seriously consider the ultimate VALUE of that ideology. Especially, if that ideology attempts to enslave other humans or force them lower than you with some sort of perceived superiority. One person is too much to die for a twisted idea. Wherever or whomever it comes from.

Please tell my Aunt whom bears the code on her Jewish arm that it was all made up. That she imagined her family being executed in front of her by nazi officers when she was a child. Sure some Jews were indentured, but the majority met horrifying daily lives and demise.
Wow, what’s this going to do to the 4H club? Last time I checked they are mostly farm kids raising their own animals. I believe I smell a rat.

Farmers children won’t be allow to milk a cow because it’s against child labor laws and the child might get hurt, but that same child will be groped, felt up and violated if they use the airport. According to our government this is logical.

When I was 9-12 years old, the highlight of my life was to visit my best friends’ dairy farm. I was suprised that my friend was up at the crack of dawn to run a huge tractor, or herd several hundred kicking hooves into milking machines. UNREAL, they are attacking the family farm now. NOW the government is saying “don’t teach the value of an honest days work”. Yea, sit your competant children in front of an XBOX and let migrant workers run your family farm. I want to PUKE.

one step further sir … we need a law where it is illegal to grow food that isnt 100% natural. remember that much of the “food” grown in the US is grown with subsidy to put small farmers out of business and to control the agricultural practice of other countries. have a look at what US grown milk powder did to the Jamaican dairy industry in the 80s.
the majority of the fucked up food (ie growth hormones in cattle, chemical additives in vegetables) are heavily govt funded US inventions.

My entire family on both sides came here and were/are some of the most productive farmers in the midwest. This was our way of life – big families joined together by working on the land, sharing the crops and livestock with one another. He will fall from his perch and hopefully into a prison far from the USA.
Do not let this insane person take what we have fought for since the 1600′s. Every year when school was out we brought in the harvest and worked the whole summer. We were healthy and happy and had a great sense of accomplishment from the work we did and the amount of fresh foods we helped can. Anyone can understand wanting to guide the few who would fail child labor laws miserably; but the farm families I know WANT to work together; to help their parents and to keep costs down so that they can keep the farm, apart from learning the lifelong art of farming and animal husbandry. Going too far with this kind of legislation separates the family unit, and reminds me of some kind of soulless collective. If farmers can’t afford hired help, many will lose their land. With corporations scooping up land left and right, these laws need to tempered with common sense democratic freedom in mind. Farmers aren’t like city folk. They band together to get things done.

Having just looked up the news release at the United States Department of Labor, I found that proposed regulations would not apply to children working on farms owned by their parents;
so I and you can forget my above comment. Why wasn’t that in the above article? Kind of misleading. Good thing I do my own research. Some of the other proposals will still have people attending the public hearing after comments from the public end Nov. 1.

One of the Globalist’s goals is to do away with summer school.
The numerous before and after school programs, preschools, daycare facilities found in many of the schools, and now the attempted child labor laws against farm families, are ways to keep the children under government control so their indoctrination can take place on a DAILY BASIS. Any break gives the child a chance to actually think for themselves and to listen to other points of views.
If people think our society is submissive now, just wait until a generation of these children grow up.

And for years this Christian backbone of the country still to a degree held morally… against the tide. Not so much today… . The thing about the Internet is that it not only is crushing traditional culture in say the Middle East… it too is mainlining porn etc. into the Bible Belt.
That moral structure… IS the target as is parenthood in general and parental control as an idea… as is State’s rights.
Who is the most jacked up on female hormones… go to the Midwest and see soft… plump or fat boys with semi breasts too often… .
That does not happen without hormones… no matter how much a boy eats. When I was a teenager I ate CONSTANTLY and was always skinny.
Now if… I wanted to pacify a group… hormones are the most deeply effective and most cost effective method… shake in some Book of Revelation BS… and other ideas that centralize Israel and the Jewish tribe… and you have passive people too often… who don’t even GET TO THE POINT OF ALLOWING THE POSSIBILITY… of a whole list… of ideas and history even if the stumble upon it.

But… the second term for Obama would be a disaster because I do believe he will be completely unconstrained and Congress is now obviously completely controlled and/or blackmailed or simply so corrupted that they take orders on all key votes.
Every Constitutional protection… states rights… the Senate as a wise old patriot club…. the Congress as a 2 year on a short leash group… the Presidency constrained by the Constitution and by Congress and the courts in defense of the Constitution … the Congress as a controller of the purse strings (the FED is now the controller completely of who stays in the game and who does not).
Add the news that Alex mentioned today of GM or GOV Motors… that is, the Banking Cartel’s auto-manufacturer… moving manufacturing of two of its models in the future… to CHINA!!! After GM’s bail-out that the FED holds the debt on… well I don’t have words for that.
But… the controllers of the Unions are??? Read “SUPERMOB,” about union control in the USA… same group that controls the FED… .
The core problem is more than just… people are in a trance state… CONGRESS is now overtly and almost openly… under the Banking Cartel’s control. Nothing is left of it… it appears.
