BELOW IS OUR LIMITED RETURN/WARRANTY STATEMENT

PC Wonder Inc.'s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

PC Wonder Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that new PC Wonder Inc. products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the standard warranty period from the date of original purchase.

For replacement computer products the warranty on the replacement computer products is the remainder of the warranty on the original computer products or 14 days, whichever is longer.

If you discover a defect, PC Wonder Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid, to PC Wonder Inc. facility as directed. Computer products must be packaged in PC Wonder Inc. original packaging or similar packaging to obtain warranty service. Items returned to us that are damaged in shipping to us, will VOID any warranty on the item, and the package will be returned to you.

For warranty service, contact PC Wonder Inc. at service@pcwonderinc.com  to obtain a "Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for orders over $100." If your items you are returning are less then $100.00 then simply use your Ebay Item # as the RMA #. A copy of the receipt or a bill of sale bearing the appropriate PC Wonder Inc. model number will be required for all warranty service.

The warranty applies only to the PC Wonder Inc. products that can be identified by the "PC Wonder Inc." trademark, trade name or logo affixed to them as a "Seal" on The Product(s). PC Wonder Inc. does not warrant any product that is not manufactured by, for or with permission from PC Wonder Inc. This warranty is not applicable to (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect; (iii) damage caused by the equipment or system with which the product is used or during installation (example burnt pins on memory modules will not be warranted under any circumstance); (iv) damage caused by modification or repair not made nor authorized by PC Wonder Inc.; or (v) products whose PC Wonder Inc. Serial Number or product serial number has been removed or defaced.

This warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. PC Wonder Inc. specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and against infringement. No PC Wonder Inc. dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

PC Wonder Inc. is not responsible for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, downtime, goodwill, damage or replacement of equipment and property, and any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with PC Wonder Inc. products.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Claims:

All claims for shipment shortage and errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to PC Wonder Inc. service@pcwonderinc.com Otherwise, PC Wonder Inc is not responsible for such claims, and will refuse the any request after this time. We will investigate the error, prepare the necessary documents and make the arrangements required to correct the error. The time to conduct this investigation may vary depending on the nature of the claim.

Damaged shipments should address directly to the freight carrier by recipient. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed by the receiver.

Claims for lost shipments should be reported to PC Wonder Inc within 48hrs. We will contact the carrier to have your shipment traced. Shipments may take two to seven working days to track. In any event, we are committed to working with you to resolve problems that result from carrier error or mishandling.

** IMPORTANT ** REQUIRED steps for all returns:

You MUST enclosed a copy of the invoice or payment receipt with your name and shipping address. Without the proper documentation, the package will be returned without any notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Customer is fully responsible to ship back the product with delivery confirmation for the warranty. Insurance is not required but highly recommended. Return packages must be sent FREIGHT PREPAID to the return address that is listed on the RMA Form. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned packages incurred during the shipping process.

INCOMPATIBILITY IS CONSIDERED NON-DEFECTIVE issues, PLEASE DO NOT return the products for replacement. Incompatible products could be returned for UPGRADE (within 30 days). All defective products will be accepted by PC Wonder Inc for credit, same-item exchange at our discretion within 14 days of the invoice date.

Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result in an invalidation of your return or a delay in processing of the return. PC Wonder Inc reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling charges and restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

PC Wonder inc. reserves rights to cancel any order without reason and is not responsible for any typographical errors.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
