Eligibility: The “Say I Do to Organization” Giveaway (“Contest/Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), age 18 or older at time of entry or by August 1, 2008. Employees of Organize.com (the “Sponsors”), and their parent subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children), and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. This Contest/Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. Law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.

How to enter:  You may enter “Say I Do to Organization” Giveaway in the following ways:

#1: Visit www.Organize.com and follow the online entry instructions and submit the online entry form. All online entries must be received between 12:01 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on October 31, 2008. Limit one (1) online entry per eligible person, per day.

#2: To enter via US mail, send a postcard with your name and address to: The “Say I Do to Organization” Giveaway, Attn: Dept. 21, P.O. Box 2348, Riverside, CA 92516. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 08/01/08 and 10/31/08 and received by 11/07/08.

Photocopied, facsimile, illegible or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. 

Prizing: There will be five (5) Grand Prize winners. Grand Prize #1is a 4-day/3-night resort stay (land only) for 2 adults at Palm Bay Beach Club in Exuma, Bahamas - Prize trip is valid for 1 year from date of award (will expire Oct 31. 2009), has no cash-value and is non-transferable.  Retail value: $1200. To redeem the prize, winner will contact an Ask Me About Destination Weddings representative. Contact information will be given to winner by Organize.com. Grand Prize #2 is a $1000 gift certificate (retail value) from Priscilla of Boston. Good for gown purchase only.  No cash value.  Prior sales excluded.  Valid only for merchandise at store listed on certificate.  If merchandise value is less than gift certificate value no change will be provided. Offer expires January 31, 2009. Grand Prize #3 is 150 wedding favors from Kate Aspen. Prize must be redeemed by April 31, 2009. Retail value of prize is $1000. To redeem prize, a Kate Aspen representative will contact the winner directly. Grand Prize #4 is a $500 gift certificate (retail value) from David’s Bridal. Good for any purchase at any David’s Bridal location. No cash value. Prior sales excluded. If merchandise is less than gift certificate value no change will be provided. Offer expires 12/31/09. Grand Prize #5 is a $50 coupon towards invitations from DavidsBridal.com. Prize will be awarded to 5 separate winners. Offer can only be redeemed online at www.davidsbridal.com using the Promo Code supplied by an Organize.com representative. Discount will be applied at checkout and may not be combined with other invitation discounts. $50 order minimum for discount to be applied.  Enter code in shopping bag during checkout for one time discount. Offer expires 3/31/09.

There will be 90 daily winners that will receive one of the 90 products listed at www.Organize.com/say-i-do-giveaway.html. Prizes will be awarded at random. Merchandise is subject to availability. Any purchases or charges that exceed the prize amount are the winner’s responsibility. Prize is subject to sponsors’ gift certificate terms and conditions. Promotion/offer may not be combined with any other offers, coupons, or discounts. Gift certificates are not returnable or redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward previous purchases. Any unused gift certificate credits after prize is fulfilled will not be awarded. Other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner, including any local or state taxes. Winner is responsible for any applicable shipping charges. Random Drawing: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about November 10, 2008 by an Organize.com employee or authorized agent, whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email within 14 days of random drawing date.

Odds of Winning:  Determined by number of valid entries received.

Conditions: Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsors to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of judges and the Sponsors, and release the Sponsors, and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Contest/Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest/Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

Notice to Online Entrants: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
