Return Policies and Procedures

Any item may be returned within 15 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, you must phone us weekdays between 9am & 6pm (Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time) @ (914) 381-3600 for a return authorization number and instructions.

No returns will be accepted without a visible/valid return authorization number on the outside of the package.

All returned items must be un-used, complete (with all hardware, instructions…etc) and in their original packaging. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

• Returns of any standard (not custom color coated) items will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.

• Custom color coated products may be subject to more then a 15% re-stocking charge.

• Custom dash panels are not returnable
