Ordering, Back Order Policies and Procedures

Our objective is to ship all confirmed orders 100% complete within 48 hours of the time of receipt of the order (exceptions are special orders, weekends and holidays). Due to high demand, there may be an occasion when we are out of stock on a given item. If so, we will:  

• Inform you via e-mail of the out of stock item.

• Ship and invoice the balance of the order.

• Ship and bill the out of stock item ASAP unless you instruct us differently.

Special Order Items
When ordering custom powder coated items or custom dash panels, please allow 14 – 21 days for shipment.

Ordering On-line
From the product description page, you may order an item and its optional accessories by clicking on the button entitled, "Add to Shopping Basket." Your item will then be added to your shopping basket. Adding to the Shopping Basket will bring you to your Orders page. You can continue shopping or click on the “Place Order” button to submit your order. You will then be asked to enter the information we need to fulfill your order. Please be sure to fill in all the entries.

When your order has been submitted, you will be served up a page with your order number. Please make a note of this number for future reference.

Note: If you are behind a corporate firewall, you may not be able to order from this site (or any secure site, for that matter).
