Pull: Parts of a system that were on Display and not for sale, may have minimal cosmetic damage (i.e. Scratches, Works fine 100%)

Refurbished: Parts that have been repaired by factory and fixed to perform to original Specifications.

Re-Certified: Parts that are used and have been Re-Certified to meet or exceed Manufacturer's original Specifications.

Used: Parts that have been previously used and tested to meet re-selling specifications.
