Our Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

• Any book in its original, new condition.
• Any unopened VHS tape or DVD.

We will issue a refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is due to our error. In the case of professional manuals and/or merchandise returned with signs of mishandling, there will be a 20% surcharge/re-stocking fee. Please call us Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm, to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number.

How to Return Merchandise

Call us to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. You may use the original envelope or box to return merchandise. If the packaging has been discarded, use a padded envelope or box to protect item/s.

Indicate the reason for your return, include this form with the item/s, wrap the package securely and return to the address below. For your protection, we recommend that you use insured Priority Mail or Parcel Post for shipment.

Special order, sale and close-out items are returnable only if defective. Some merchandise carries a Manufacturer's Warranty. In these cases, you must contact them for repair or replacement.

Backorders

We make every effort to stock enough inventory so backorders are kept to a minimum. However, from time to time, any title may be unavailable due to high sales or limited availability from suppliers. We ship backorders as soon as items arrive.
