Secondly as an academic who specializes in New Media and regularly consults on large technology purchases I think it honestly says something about the state of eCommerce today when I can not remember the last time a vendor called me twice in the same night regarding a purchase. The purchase was less than $100 but two calls and 3 emails were sent concerning whether or not the order could be fulfilled! Now that Is Service..
