Will there be any item being out of stock?

We are trying our best to supply the item. We handle hundreds of auctions everyday that require a lot of team work and man power. There might be a very rare case that it is out of stock due to late payment, delayed shipment, and conditions of product. We are shipping out the best quality products. If there is a possible problem with the item, we stop to ship and notify to customers to avoid any unpleasant buying experience. We can also give other substitute suggestions and good discounts. We will gladly refund your money if we can not ship the item.

Will I be able to exchange a defective item?

Even though we ship the best quality products, defects can occur. It might not be the customer's fault, ourst or manufacturer's. It is the nature of products that happened to be defective.. We understand that it is frustrating to find defective items after waiting days on bidding and shipping. If the product is defective, we will gladly exchange the item for you. Please request RMA within 14 days after receipt of the product.

When will my order arrive?

We will e-mail you the tracking numbers upon shipment. Please track it with either FedEx.com or UPS.com.

How do you keep your prices so low?

Unfortunately we are unable ship internationally at this time.

Why do you charge for restocking for returns?

Many items are priced below the cost or very low margin on it. You are enjoying unbelievable pricing due to surplus or cash flow reasons. Please think twice before placing a bid since there is a lot of time and labor involved for processing orders and returning processes.
