Dutch composer Lap believes you're never too young to start listening to music. He has developed a series of CDs aimed at babies from prenatal to 36 months. The discs feature light, airy sounds - as well as goos and gurgles - particularly suited for tiny, sensitive ears. Melody, harmony and rhythm that seem to sooth and stimulate the youngsters are also prominent. "Baby Christmas" includes variations on "Jingle Bells," "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star," "Silent Night" and "O Come All Ye Faithful," as well as a variety of original compositions. Soft and soothing - for parents, too.
