NOTE ON IMPORT DUTIES: Please be aware that most all shipments to CANADA will incur some form of 'Import Duties' for goods & merchandise imported in from a foreign country (i.e., The United States). We have no control over this nor can we advise as to what your country may or may not add to the cost of your shipment. However on average we would estimate Import Fees may run as much as 50% of the cost of the product. Sage advice would be to consult your own government's foreign goods policies prior to ordering. In any case any Import Fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Effective 02/01/2004 ALL Canadian Orders shall incur an additional Non-Refundable $5.00 Service Charge (in addition to regular shipping rates) per shipment to offset the extensive time spent filing out Customs Documentation paperwork.


Most orders to CANADA will arrive in about 10 BUSINESS DAYS from date of shipment. For Canadian orders ONLY, UPS-WorldShip-Standard tracking information will be provided to the e-mail address you included with your order.

Please make sure the shipping address you submit IS correct - Incorrect addresses will delay receipt of your order!. Rates shown include insurance. We do not charge a handling fee nor add any hidden 'service fees'. Average shipping weight is 3 to 5 pounds per Gnome (13 pounds for MerryWeather or Crocus, 9 pounds for Marmaduke, 7 pounds for Herbert) including packing material. If your mailing your order in, please include your completed order form with payment (Credit Cards or International Money Orders - No Personal Checks) with 'Signature Upon Receipt' option to ensure we get it and you have a proven record of receipt. Our shipping rates are actually below what the average shipment costs us to send. In consideration to our customers concerns about shipping costs, we pay this difference ourselves. Returns: We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our Gnomes (original shipping charges / return postage non-refundable) if not completely delighted with your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Products MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt. NO returns will be accepted without prior authorization! All returns MUST include a copy of your invoice and explanation as to why it is being returned. Any returns not meeting the aforementioned criteria will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense!

Damage Claims: If your merchandise is received damaged, you must contact our Customer Service department immediately. Please retain all damaged items and wait to receive further instructions from us.
