Q    Why isn't my 2.4GHz wireless equipment working in my home?
  1. Make sure power is getting to the Camera, Transmitter and Receiver.
  2. Make sure that both the Transmitter and Receiver are on the same channels
  3. Is there a Microwave Oven operating in the vicinity of the system?
  4. Any Solar Activity in the area?
  5. Any large RF Transmitters in the area?
Q    I set up my 2.4GHz wireless system, but I am only getting video and no audio?
  1. No Audio Signal from source.
  2. Transmitter may have a problem.
  3. Receiver may have a problem
  4. Audio Amplifier (TV, Etc) may have a problem.
  5. Make sure there is nothing wrong with any of the cables that you have used with your installation

Q    What are the frequency of the authorized channels?
  1. CH 1: 2.434 GHz, CH 2: 2.453 GHz, CH 3: 2.473 GHz and CH 4: 2.411 GHz
