Q    Why am I getting a Blue Screen?
  1. The most common cause of this problem is no video signal. Usually caused by a bad hook-up connections or faulty cables being used.
  2. Defective Video Output on Camera.
  3. Defective Video Input on Monitor.
Q    Why am I getting a White Screen?
  1. Most cases of white screen is caused by "White Wash" (Washout) of camera signal.
    White Wash occurs when a strong (sun light or other light source) light shines directly enters the lens and sensor of the camera being used and overpowers the video signal and Electronic Iris.
    The picture will return to normal upon the light source moving from that position.
  2. Lack of Video Signal on Carrier.
Q    Where is the on-screen display menu on my monitor?
  1. Displayed on Monitors Video Screen
  2. Enter Menu by following the instructions in the supplied instruction booklet.
  3. Every brand and Model has their own way of entering the Menu Function.
Q    Why can't I program the correct date on my monitor?
  1. The Monitor and Menu function is locked. Unplug the Monitor and allow it to sit for (5) minutes before plugging it back into the wall.
  2. Follow the owner¡¯s manual on resetting the Menu.
Q    What do I do if the two way audio on my monitor is giving me feedback?
  1. Turn down the Volume Control until the feedback is eliminated.
