ClearPatch Lotion: the Clear Advantage

Transdermal application avoids first-pass liver metabolism, resulting in greater amount of available hormone versus oral dose.  Transdermal doses are equivalent up to 10 times of oral ones and do not overburden the liver unnecessarily.
Best transdermal absorption - absorbs readily from skin surface.
100% of the hormone is bioavailable.
Ease of use: required dose is contained in a small amount of lotion, which can be inconspicuously applied any time.  Dose measurement is achieved by counting drops.
Human-friendly ingredients.

Suggeted use:

Massage to thin skin areas once a day in the morning.

Men:
2 - 20 drops (1 - 10 mg) per day.

Women:
2 - 10 drops (1 - 5 mg) per day.

Consult a physician before using DHEA if you have any serious illness, use prescription medication or  have family history of prostate cancer, prostate enlargement or heart disease.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose without consulting a health care professional because of possibility of significant side effects, including acne, aggressiveness, irritability and rapid heartbeat.  These side effects are reversible with decreased dosage or discontinuation of DHEA.

Information in this publication is based on the following books, which offer detailed explanation of women's and men’s hormone balance issues, hormone balance programs, as well as detailed descriptions of how to use natural hormones.  Although most of the information in the books has been provided for women, they contain a wealth of information applicable to men:

How and where to apply:
Invert bottle holding it vertically for proper drop delivery.  Gently massage to thin skin areas: palms, inner arms, chest, neck or backside of the knees.  It is best to alternate between application sites.  Apply to clean skin only.  Do not apply other lotions or creams to the area of ClearPatch application - they can reduce absorption of DHEA

When to expect results?
DHEA is a hormone involved in countless biochemical reactions in the body.  Its effects are more diffuse than direct and more cumulative than immediate.  Therefore, you should not expect immediate results of DHEA supplementation.

Contraindications:
DHEA is not recommended for individuals under the age of 40 without physician’s supervision.

Women:

Do not use DHEA if pregnant, planning to become pregnant or nursing.
If overdosed, you may start seeing changes like acne or growth of facial hair.  These side effects are reversible with decreased dosage or discontinuation of DHEA.  It is advisable to have DHEAS level checked before using this product. Consider estrogen and testosterone testing when taking DHEA.

For external use only.  Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store at room temperature away from strong sources of heat and light.
