I think the item itself is a bit pricey overall, lol, but it certainly
performs as advertised -- it was hard for me to believe that a
product as simple to use as a typical brush can reduce shedding by
80%, but this one actually does! -- and price will almost certainly
come down after it has been on the consumer market a while (it was
previously only marketed to professional groomers). The ordering
process was simple, a copy of my order was emailed to me for my
records, and the product arrived in good condition in a timely manner.
This last is more important than it sounds since I live in military
housing in a VERY geographically isolated area where mail-order
goods almost always take much longer to arrive than the advertised
delivery time. I will definitely order from this merchant again
whenever I need pet products not readily available in my local!
area (which at this duty station is almost all of them).
