Hyperchem Student Purchase Agreement 

I,                       , enter into this agreement with Hypercube, Inc. for the purchase of a Student Edition of HyperChem 7. 5. By signing below, I accept that: 
1. this Software is intended for my educational purposes only; 
2. further resale of the Software of any kind is prohibited; 
3. in addition to this Purchase Agreement, the Software is governed by an End 
    User License Agreement; 
4. the prices in effect at time of sale are final and all sales are final; cancellations
    or other changes in the order are not allowed. 
5. the Software is limited to a total of 5 re-licenses during the lifetime of the
    Software 
6. the Software has limited atom capabilities as follows: 
Ab Initio, DFT - 12 atoms 
Semi-Empirical - 36 atoms 
MM+ - 100 atoms 
Amber, Charmm, OPLS - 1000 atoms 

Upon the signature of this Purchase Agreement Hypercube, Inc. agrees to: 
1. activate the Software license by providing to the student via email, a unique license 
code 
2. provide limited technical support for the Software only though email; 
3. no upgrades will be provided. 
I hereby certify that I have read the terms and conditions printed on this document and agree to be bound by them. Furthermore I understand that any violation of the agreement or the Software End User License may lead to the immediate termination of the license.
I also certify that I am currently enrolled at an accredited college, junior college or university. 
Proof of my registration is attached.*
