How to Buy

You may complete your entire order through our online product catalog 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you place your order outside of normal business hours, it will be processed on the next business day. If you need assistance in placing your order please call us at 800-873-7121, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Please feel free to call or email if you do not find a particular product you need. At this time, we do not sell oxygen, oxygen equipment, or prescription drugs.

Buying is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.

  • The home page and every product page has direct links to different categories of merchandise on the buttons in the left margin. Just click to go directly to any category.
  • Product pages have links to subcategories and orderable items. Item links show the price for that item. Click on an item to go to the order page for that item.
  • Click on the Index button for a complete alphabetical list of links to specific products and categories.
  • Our store is searchable. Look for a Search box or click on the Search button, and enter the word or words you are looking for. You will be given a list of results linking directly to the products found by the search.
    For every orderable item, there will be an button.

This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it - you may always remove it before checking out. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the My Cart button.

Problems?

If you click on the Order button and get no response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server.

As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com/. If you can't connect securely to Microsoft either, then

    • You're using a very old version of your browser, in which case you should upgrade.

    • Or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator, or order from home.
