"Reward Points" is a new program that allows us to show just how much we value you as a customer by us giving you points for every dollar you spend at ebonyline.com! This program works in a very simple way. Whenever you make a purchase, you earn Reward Points. Once you reach 200 points, you can redeem those points towards a $7 discount on your next order.

Store Rewards Program Details

How do you start earning reward points? First, you need to be create your online account. If you don't have an account, take a minute to create one. Simply click the "My Account" link in the top right hand corner of our website’s home page (www.ebonyline.com). Next click the orange button called "Create an Account" and fill in the details. That's all! You MUST create an account to begin earning reward points on your purchases!

Once logged into your account, make a purchase. Whenever you place an order, you earn one point for every dollar you spend. Remember, if you are not logged into your account, the shopping cart will not know to award you the reward points. Be sure to log in online to submit your order and payment.

How to Earn Points

• Whenever you order online, you earn one point for every dollar you spend at Ebonyline, excluding taxes or shipping costs.
• All earned but unused points are listed in the My Rewards section once you login to your account. 
• Before you know it, your Reward Points will get you some amazing hair at Ebonyline.com
• In addition, you will receive exclusive offers, instant discounts, and product specials, which are only offered to Ebonyline.com members.

How to View or Redeem YOUR Reward Points

Your reward point balance will be shown in your account. When you are ready to view or redeem your reward points,

• Log into your account using the "My Account" text link and look for the "My Rewards" section. Your reward point balance will be shown in this section.
• Want to redeem your reward points? Click the "Redeem Rewards" under "My Rewards". Once you submit your Reward Redeem request, we will review it within 24 hours and send you a Gift Code if you qualify for a redemption.
• Please use the assigned Gift Code in COUPON CODE field on the CHECKOUT page and click the APPLY button to see the discount.

Reward Points Program Information

Not all products are available for reward points. Reward points are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash, nor used as back-credit toward previous purchases. We reserve the right to revise, discontinue or terminate this Reward Points program at any time at our discretion. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You can also earn Bonus points by making a purchase during specified promotional events or through purchase of select products.

Reward Adjustment

Your Rewards points balance will be adjusted for any merchandise that are returned or refunded. If you return or cancel an order that you purchased with Rewards Points, the applicable credit will be applied to your point balance. Any remaining amount will be credited against the original payment type(s). In such cases, Rewards Points can be used towards another purchase prior to its "original" expiration date.

Program Changes/Termination

Ebonyline.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of the Program rules, benefits, terms, conditions and limitations, without prior notification. If ebonyline.com terminates the Program, any remaining unused Point balances will be forfeited.
