This one, Redding CA., owner coach appears
to have spent its life until now taking its owner on a yearly trip, 4000
miles a year, on and off, that's it. From your first look you will agree
this coach was not lived in, for the interior shows no signs of wear.
Everything is in Like-New conditions, even the mattress. Usually we replace the carpet in
coaches of this age, but this Factory Inlaid capet is of such high quality
and in such good shape, cleaned up great, we are leaving it in place for
it would be a shame to have to remove. The 500 HP Cummins diesel runs like
new and the ride is top-of-the-line, and QUIET down the road, but it what
you would expect with a $400,000 Motor Home, and that extra few inches of
ceiling height and arch REALLY makes a difference.
I am a Licensed and Bonded very small Motor Home Dealer in
Colorado. Our Corporate Ideology and key value for all our work, is to
produce a "Travel-Ready Modern" coach that we would feel comfortable in, with all the modern
conveniences that we currently have at home, a coach we would love to own.
We believe the new owner should be able to pickup there new used coach and
drive off on their first adventure. Each step of the way as we go through
each coach, we make sure everything turn-key, as Like-New as possible.
From HID Headlights, LED Exterior and Interior lighting (saving 60% in
energy) to HD Entertainment with 12VDC LED LCD Internet TVs and Blu-ray
players. When you pick up your new-used coach, all the fluids and filters
will be new, including the Air Filter and the Air Compressor Filter/Dryer,
marked and dated so there is no confusion on when the service was done and
when it will be needed again.

The flaws? There are some light paint scratches on side compartments, some chips in the back. Front has a 3M Clear Chip Shield so no rock chips there. The Black exterior paint's clear coat has a few 'crow feet', but not extensive, on coach side, but this is typical for these paints on Fiberglass. The side walls are straight, but showing the underlying tubular steel subframe; pass. side at the bedroom lower cabinet and Drives side at the shower enclosure. The Fiberglass is solid on these bumps, not delamination, just looks like added frame structure for the interior parts shows up in the flat exterior glass now.
The tires, though not worn and safe, are starting to show their age and
will need to be replaced in a few years. We have Firestones available
locally for a good price of $370/tire if the new owner feels inclined.
