Under the agreement with Microsoft that computer stores such as Dealsonic must abide by, we are not allowed to sell this hardware item to you, the end user, unless you also order either a fully assembled computer system or any non-Microsoft computer hardware component in the same transaction. A fully assembled computer system shall consist of at least a motherboard, a hard drive, a power supply, case, and a central processing unit.

However, the agreement does not specify what type of computer hardware, so we will include a '4 Pin Y Cable' at a very special $.01 with this purchase.
