1. You may order through our secure on-line
ordering system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or you may call (212) 679-1088 on Monday to Friday,10:00am to 6:30pm,Eastern Time.
2. A sales representative will assist you with your order
and answer any questions that you may have. Credit Card, COD, or Prepaid
via Money Order or Cashier’s Check can pay orders. Credit card orders must
be shipped to the billing
address of the card. If you need to ship it elsewhere, call
your credit card company (there is usually a toll free number on the back
of the card) and request that an alternate address be added to your
account. Sometimes they put this alternate address in your account
NOTES.
3. Please specify the type of shipping you desire. We ship
via FedEx and UPS. You can request FedEx Saver
(2-3 day service), 2-Day Air, Next Day Air, or UPS Ground (up to seven
days). All COD orders are shipped by UPS, which will only accept
cashier's checks or money orders ($U.S.), not cash. Shipping charges depend on UPS
and FedEx rates.
4. Saturday, Sunday and
Holidays do not count when calculating order processing or shipping times.
5. If the delivery address is
changed once the package has left our office, the customer will be charged
an address change fee of $8.00 for UPS and $12.00 for FedEx. The customers
Credit Card will automatically be charged, without notice, if a change of
address request is made, no matter who requests the change.
6. If the package is lost or not delivered
to you, customer must report to us within 30 days after your order is
placed online, otherwise we
are
not responsible for lost or stolen items and we will not
be able to issue the refund. Signature
for proof of delivery will
be charged
separately.
$2.95 will be applied to the service. The signature service is only
available if you mention it online or call us before we ship
out your order.
