Orders must be placed online. OEM vs. Retail OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box, Brown Box, and Retail Boxed versions both contain the same exact product. The only difference is that the Retail Boxed usually comes with more software, longer warranty, and retail packaging. Please check the manufacturers website for more information. Orders are NOT processed on weekends or Holidays. We do not guarantee same day shipping. computernyc.com will NOT charge your credit card for any backordered merchandise. If we do not have an item in stock, we do not charge you for it. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts, in that case we will refund the amount charged. We will keep you informed about your order via e-mail. You may also check the status of your order at anytime on our website. Please note: To prevent delays in processing time, please provide us with the address that you receive your Credit Card billing statements for the Billing Address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please call your credit card company to add an alternate address to your account.(Usually there is a toll free number listed on the back of your credit card.
