Femme Athletic Exchanges and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, let us know.
We will send you another color, size or style.
 
Exchanges: Just e-mail us at info@femmeathletic.com within five days
after receiving the merchandise. Include your order number and the new item
number before shipping. An exchange authorization will be issued. The item for exchange must be in the same condition as when you received it (unwashed and not worn).
 
Refunds: In case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part in filling your order, if you would like to have a refund instead of an exchange, no problem! Simply e-mail us at info@femmeathleticcom and send the garment(s) back within five (5) days after receiving your order and we will issue a refund authorization. Include your order number in the e-mail.
 
Important: Please enclose a copy of your order and all merchandise in a box or postal bag. Then send the merchandise to us via insured mail. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited, or a few days to receive your new exchanged item.
