DX Series Storage Calculator

These calculations depend on the file size for each recorder picture. The file size can vary with the scene, amount of motion and other factors. The calculations represent averages which may vary from application to application.

When percent of motion is set less than 100%, recording will only occur when motion is detected.

DX7000 Series

Note: Due to the variable frame-rate by camera, input is requested as Images/sec.

Example:

Camera 1 at 10 Images/sec
Camera 2 + 3 at 5 images/sec
Cameras 4-16 at 1 image/sec
Total = 10 + 5 + 5 + (13 x 1) = 33 Images/sec
