Comments: The purchase and delivery of the boots went as promised. They were delivered in a timely manner and I got an e-mail from bludstone boots confirming the order, which was nice. I would like to point out that when I ordered the boots I was given a total for the boots and postage. The final charge on my credit card was $6.00 USD more than the total at the time of purchase. Apparently there was an adjustment for a levy and the exchange rate.

Comments: Excellent service! As if the prices weren't impressive enough, my order was filled, shipped, and received as quickly as any internet order I have placed (and that is more than a few)! I was pleasantly surprised that my economy shipping to the U.S. arrived in 1 week!! I highly recommend this as the place to buy Blundstone boots. I have a difficult to fit foot that is wide(women's 2E) with a very high arch. I have had to do some stretching in the arch area, but have found this quite easy to do. Width was perfect for me. I might recommend trying the 200 series as I understand that this boot has a bit more volume. Maybe I'll try them myself....love my Blunnies!

Comments: They have no provision for exchanges, and it was difficult to determine sizing, plus the shipping charges are much too high. I never did find out if I could only order from Australia, and when I contacted service by e-mail, they offered to exchange them stateside, but for a $30 fee. Gave the boots to a friend, and gave up on having a pair myself.
